Cyclohexanone, an organic compound, is the base carbon atoms included within the six-membered ring. It is colorless transparent liquid, with earthy flavor,  when contains traces of phenol will with mint flavor. The impurity is light yellow, and will develop color with the formation of impurities during storage time, from water white to grayish yellow, with a strong pungent odor. Hybrid explosive pole with air is the same as the open chain saturated ketone. Cyclohexanone carcinogenic evidence is insufficient, mainly used as an organic synthetic raw material and solvent in industry, for example: it can dissolve nitrocellulose, paint, paint and so on.

Applications:
1.Cyclohexanone is an important chemical raw material and main intermediate of nylon, caprolactam and adipic acid. Also is important industrial solvent such as used for paints, especially used for those paints containing nitrocellulose, vinyl chloride polymers and their copolymers, or methacrylate polymers etc.
2.Excellent solvent used for organophosphorus insecticides and many analogues and other pesticides, used as dye solvent, used as adhesive solvent for piston aviation lubricant, lipid, wax and rubber solvent.
3.Used as a high-boiling point solvent for cosmetics such as nail polish.

Storage:
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Stay away from the fire and heat sources. The library temperature should not exceed 30℃. Keep the container sealed. Should be stored separately with oxidant, reducing agent, etc., avoid mixed storage. Explosion-proof-type lighting and ventilation facilities are adopted. No use of mechanical equipment and tools prone to spark. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable shelter materials.
